This error may occur in the following situations:

• RowIndex parameter that you have used with the Item property exceeds matrix size.
• RowIndex parameter that you have used with the RowVector method exceeds matrix size.
• Any of Row1 or Row2 parameters that you have used with the SwapRows method exceed matrix size.

Remarks

Matrices are zero-based, meaning that their first row or column is 0. The last row of a matrix with n rows is row n-1.

To solve this problem

Use parameter values within matrix size.
