ShortName Version 3.0 introduces powerful new features and performance improvements such as:

Faster execution.

All Editions. Matrix operations execute at triple the speed of previous versions, without any sacrifice in numerical stability and accuracy.

Additional methods and properties.

Advanced & Advanced II editions.

• EigenC method on exit returns complex matrices containing complex Eigenvalues and Eigenvectors.
• Eigen and EigenC methods now return normalized Eigenvectors.
• SortCols, SortRows methods have been added for sorting rows or columns of matrices.

All Editions. ReorderCols, ReorderRows and SwapCols, SwapRows methods have been added for reordering and swapping matrix columns and rows.

Support for complex matrices.

Advanced II Edition. CMatrix object now integrates the support for complex matrices and lets you perform  matrix operations with complex matrices.

Auxiliary complex functions.

All Editions. Complex number functions let you perform complex number operations, as well as calculate absolute values and square roots of complex numbers.

No extra dependencies needed.

All Editions. Unlike previous versions of ShortName no extra dependencies are needed, except those files found  in every Windows™ system. Additionally, although the DLL size is increased, total size of the installation is significantly reduced.

Done and OnProgress Events

All Editions. These events are no longer supported in this version of MaXC, as improved execution speed has eliminated the need for these functions.
